Take the plunge for spectacular views
For a very different view of the Tone River, you can try bungee jumping from the Suwakyo Bridge, 42 meters above the river. More than 50,000 people have taken the plunge from this bridge, one of the longest-running bungee operations in Japan.
Minakami is a popular area for many types of adventure, including canyoning, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and mountain climbing. After a day of excitement, you can relax in one of the area's famous hot springs.
