Kusatsu Onsen ranked number one onsen in Japan 23 years in a row

Kusatsu Onsen has been chosen as the number one onsen resort in Japan for the 23th year running in the annual top 100 onsen poll. This ranking, conducted by the Kanko Keizai newspaper, is decided by more than 8,836 votes by tourism professionals.
