Tofu Matsumura is a tofu specialist restaurant that focuses on foods that are as healthy as they are tasty. Matsumura uses meticulously sourced, organic soybeans for its tofu. One highlight of this Takasaki restaurant is the tofu skins, made by heating soymilk over a charcoal flame.
The traditional-style interior has tatami mat floors. The exterior, which includes a bamboo grove and seasonal flowers, is also picturesque.
