Sample locally made wine in the foothills of Mt. Haruna
Shinto Winery is located in the foothills of Mt. Haruna, one of the most famous grape-growing area of the northern Kanto region.
The winery uses local grapes to produce a range of fruity wines. They are best known for their namesake Shinto wine, a sweet wine made from Delaware grapes. Its plum wine, made from Shinto Village plums, is also delicious.
Take a tour of the winery to see the production process before enjoying a few samples of the produce.
