Experience nature at this manmade lake surrounded by a native forest
Travel about 20 minutes north by car from Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku and you’ll arrive at a manmade lake surrounded by a native forest of Japanese beech trees. Dogen no taki Falls that pours into upriver of the lake is where the lake gets its name. This is one of the lakes where half or all-day canoe tours are held.
