Great views and a variety of terrain
Kawaba Ski Resort is located on the south face of Mt. Hotaka and is close to many other resorts in the Katashina and Minakami areas. It provides a good mix of terrain from beginner to expert. Many of its courses are lined with trees, while the sweeping views at the peak include Mt. Asama and, on a clear day, Mt. Fuji.
The resort is especially popular with snowboarders.
