A delicious experience for strawberry lovers
Pick and eat your fill of delicious strawberries. Depending on the time of your visit, you may be able to pick and eat varieties such as Akihime and Kaorino; it is also the only place in Gunma where you can eat Royal Queen, a rare variety of strawberry known for its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. To avoid crowds, you need to book a picking experience online by the day before you want to go.
Even without reservations, you can enjoy a variety of strawberry-based desserts in the farm cafe and try experiences such as making your own fruit smoothies or ichigo (strawberry) daifuku sweets. At the farm shop, you can buy strawberry souvenirs to take home. Strawberry picking is a popular experience for visitors who are skiing in the area and ideal for a rainy day.
