Relax on a traditional boat ride
Enjoy a relaxed ride down the Yata River on a traditional agebune boat. Each of the shallow-bottomed boats is piloted by a single oarsman using just a bamboo pole. Take in the river's native plants and natural scenery during the one-hour-long, 2-kilometer trip.
The agebune rides only operate on weekends and holidays from May to June and September to October. It may be canceled due to weather and river conditions.
